A lot has happened since I entered the Canadian childcare field in the year 2000. Many of the children in my care, since then, are now university or high school students and I’m still taking interest in keeping track of who is doing what. Two of them, for instance, reached the Team Water Polo Canada, some studying engineering, art, science, etc. I have always been fond of smaller to medium settings for childcare. Children can easily get behind or feel neglected in too large environments. Much of the success and characters adults demonstrate are results of their treatment in childhood. While I believe in providing good food and quality education to the children in my care, I feel obliged to introduce them to the concepts of being:
Formation of children’s future and where they end up highly depends on the implementation of these traits in their early years and adolescence. Fulfilment of these impressions in children highly depends on the right practice and conceptualization of them both by parents and teachers.
